HSE ‘Refurbs’ Campaign
HSE Inspectors are to target refurbishment sites in March nationwide
If you’ve submitted an F10 Notification of a Construction Project to the HSE, you should expect a visit and sharpen up your site.
Particular attention will be paid to roof work (of the 45 falls from height fatalities last year, approx 20 of these were roof workers) and asbestos management.
This also means that if anyone complains about a construction site & specifically roof work; the HSE will prioritise an inspection
